Where are you based?Our team is based in Atlanta, GA (EST), but we work with clients all over the US!

Do I have to be local to ATL?No! Absolutely not. The beauty of the digital world is we service all over the US.

What type of clients do you work with?Our main clients are female-led business owners in the health, wellness, and beauty spaces. However, we don’t limit our clientele to a specific industry! We have worked with yoga studios, hair salons, mental health brands, and more.

What Social Media platforms do you specialize in?We specialize in Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok! We are also inclusive of X, Threads, and Pinterest pending your niche and recommended strategy.

How far out do you plan content?We plan content 2 weeks to a month in advance to allow adequate time for content creation and scheduling. We find this to be a good balance to not overwhelm you (the client) and also be prepared and available for any last minute posts that may need to be worked in.

What is the investment?We believe every business and client is unique! Because of that, we curate every package based on your current needs and goals. Once we determine this, we will send over a propasal and official agreement! Social Media Management packages start at $1,200/month. Content Creation packages start at $1,000/month. What if I can't commit to a three month agreement?We understand this can be a major commitment, but that's also what we're looking for on both ends of our potential working relationship. It's important to us that Willow and your business are on the same page and ready for this next step. It is for this reason that a 3-month agreement is required. If you aren't ready to make this commitment yet, you can opt for a Consulting/Social Media Strategy service or follow us on our socials to stay connected!

Do you have payment plans?Yes! We offer flexible options to fit your needs. Weekly Payments (Due each Friday of the month) Bi-Weekly Payments (Due every other Friday each month) Monthly (Due at the start of each month - whichever day our working relationship begins!)

How do I make payments?Payments can be made via invoice, where you can pay via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. We also accept Venmo and Zelle. Please reach out if you prefer one of these methods.

What is the cancellation policy?Contracts are structured to be for a 3 month trial period to then discuss working relationship, current strategy, etc. We implement the initial proposal and assess prior to the fourth month, resigning for an additional 6-12 months at a time if it feels like a good fit!
